Got a question? We want to hear it. So long as it’s about Micralite, and not what our favourite colour is or anything (orange, obviously).

We hope our FAQ list below should cover most queries, but if not, give our Customer Services Team a call on 01756 702410 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Forget BBC’s Question Time, this is where the really big questions are asked.

Can I place an order over the phone?

>

No, unfortunately we cannot place web orders over the phone.

How do I register the warranty for my pram and what is the warranty period?

>

The warranty period is 1 year on all accessories, wheeled goods are 1 year as standard however once registered this is extended to 2 years. Please note registering for the 2 year warranty must be done within 28 working days of purchase. You can register all wheeled goods by giving us a call on 0345 872 6900.

Is the ProFold suitable to use as carry-on luggage when traveling abroad?

>

It folds small enough for carry-on luggage on most airlines, but do check with the airline before you fly. The folded dimensions are 51.5 x 44 x 24cm.

Can I use the carrycot with the FastFold?

>

No we don't produce a carry cot for the FastFold, sorry.

Can the FastFold be used for a newborn?

>

FastFold is suitable to use from 6 months – 22kg(around 5 years!).
However, you can use your FastFold from birth with the car seat adapters (Compatible with Maxi Cosi Pebble Plus i-size & BeSafe iZi Go Modular i-size)

Why doesn’t the FastFold have a calf support?

>

Our FastFold hammock seat is designed for ultimate comfort. The seat is made from soft padded mesh material and has no hard plastic touching the child, unlike many other strollers, it’s designed specifically without the need for a calf support, it’s super comfy for kids and the suspension absorbs shock from bumpy ground, making it a smooth experience for them.

What is the difference between the original Sleep&Go and the Sleep&Go Lite?

>

The Sleep&Go Lite is a striped back version. It too is a playpen and cot, only without the zipped side or bassinet attachment.

What sizes are the Sleep & Go mattress?

>

New born mattress size: 72.5 x 50 x 2.5 cm
Infant mattress size: 101 x 72.5 x 2.5 cm

What are the age limits on the Sleep&Go?

>

The Sleep&Go is suitable to be used with the newborn insert until 6 months and then simply remove the insert, expand the mattress and you can then use it until approximately 36 months or until they can climb out!

What is the warranty period and how do I register it?

>

The warranty period for wheeled items is one year as standard but register the product and, hey presto, it doubles to two years. Registering for the two-year warranty must be done within 28 working days of purchase. Registering wheeled items is easy - just call us on 0345 872 6900.

The warranty period for all accessories is one year.

Is the FastFold suitable for newborns?

>

It isn’t - we made the FastFold to be used from six months to 22kg (around five years old).

But you can use your FastFold from birth with the car seat adaptors, which makes it compatible with the ‘Maxi Cosi Pebble Plus i-size’ and ‘BeSafe iZi Go Modular i-size’ (catchy names, right?).

Why doesn’t the FastFold have calf support?

>

Ah, good question. In short, because we designed it not to need one. The FastFold’s padded hammock seat props your little one’s legs up without the need for hard plastic supports. Also, it’s got 4-wheel suspension to absorb all those little bumps in the road. Basically, it’s better than your car - so no calf support needed. Magic.

What’s the difference between the Sleep&Go and the Sleep&Go Lite?

>

The Sleep&Go Lite is a stripped-back version of the Sleep&Go - like its baby brother or sister. Like the Sleep&Go, it’s a playpen and a cot, but it doesn’t have the zipped side or bassinet attachment, which makes it a little lighter.

What’s the size of the Sleep&Go expandable mattress?

>

The Sleep&Go mattress is expandable, so it can grow as your little one does.

For newborns, the dimensions are 72.5 x 50 x 2.5cm.

And for infants, they’re 101 x 72.5 x 2.5cm.

What are the age limits for the Sleep&Go?

>

The Sleep&Go is suitable from birth to six months when using the newborn insert. At six months, just remove the insert, expand the mattress and use it until they reach around 36 months. Or until they can climb out (aka escape), which is when you’re in real trouble...

We’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as we can.
