Cancelling & returning goods
We’re really hoping you’ve accidentally clicked on this page and don’t actually want to return anything - just the thought of it makes us feel a bit sad. But, of course, this is all about you, and if you’re not 100% in love with what you’ve bought from the Micralite website, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. (If only it were the same with babies…)
Faulty goods? Us? Really? Well, even the best of us get it wrong on (very) rare occasions, we suppose.
So, if you’ve bought something from the Micralite website that’s faulty, you’re entitled to an automatic refund or an exchange on your item within 30 days of delivery.
Any faulty product must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or an exchange. To arrange for a product to be returned, simply get in touch on 01756 702410 or email us at email@example.com and we’ll take you through your options. We’ll refund the price that you paid for the faulty products in full, including any basic delivery charges you have already paid, and will pay any applicable collection charges on top.
We always try and do it sooner, but refunds can take up to 14 days to process once we have confirmed that a refund is due.
If you find a fault with your product outside of the 30-day period, please get in touch with us and we’ll chat it through. We deal with this type of enquiry on a case-by-case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected. Now you can’t fault us for that, can you.
Uh oh, you’ve accidentally pranged your Micralite product. No problem. We’ll repair any item which suffers accidental damage at any time during its lifespan. We do ask that you cover the cost, cold-blooded mercenaries that we are, so please contact us for a quotation. To arrange the collection of your item for repair, please call our Customer Care Team on 01756 702410 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We’re pretty confident you won’t need it, but all Micralite products come with a three-year warranty, so long as they’ve been used correctly according to their instruction manuals. So, please dads, make sure you read them for a change - and keep it for future reference.

Our manufacturers are really good eggs, so they try to keep stock of fabric and coordinating components for the whole warranty period and replace like with like. If specific colours aren’t available then a coordinating fabric will be used. Because fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use, we can’t guarantee your replacement will be an exact match to the original components. But don’t worry, it’ll still look ace.
Your statutory rights

Micralite will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. There may be an additional delivery or collections charges and extended delivery times in some areas. We do not currently offer delivery or collection to/from BFPO.
Registering your product
Micralite products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects, when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable, only the original purchaser can make a claim.
