Our Micralite products are built to last, but even the most robust pushchairs need a little TLC from time to time – especially after being taken on lots of #MicraliteAdventures. That’s why we’ve partnered with our sister brand, Silver Cross, to offer their premium valet and service to extend the life of your Micralite pram or pushchair.
The premium valet service aims to extend the life of your Micralite pram or stroller so you can keep on adventuring or pass it on. Choose from a full valet, a safety test service or the full works to get your pram looking as good as new. Or, if you’re little one has outgrown their Micralite pushchair, you can now donate it to a family in need with our FREE donate service. Simply click Donate and we’ll collect it, give it a complete service and valet and pass it on to our friends at Baby Basics UK who’ll donate it to a family who really need it.

Baby Basics UK is a volunteer-led charity aimed at supporting new mothers and families who are struggling to meet the financial and practical needs of looking after a new baby. Based in Sheffield, they have over 50 centres across the UK. The Silver Cross donation service aims to get unneeded prams and strollers to families who need them most.

Option 1
If your pram has been in storage or if you’re looking to resell – our road-test service is what you need. Our expert service team will collect it, give it a 6 point safety check covering harness, wheels and brake checks. They’ll also repair any damage then re-lubricate the handle, seat and folding mechanisms. They’ll do a final safety inspection before returning your pushchair with an official proof-of-service certificate.

Choosing our Premium Valet service will bring your pre-loved Micralite pram or pushchair back to life. We’ll collect it from your home or work address before completing a full 14 step inspection and sanitise including a chassis, wheel and brake clean, complete wax and polish, leatherette clean and re-nourish plus a full steam of all fabrics. After a final inspection it will be returned, as good as new alongside an official proof-of-service certificate.

Choosing the full Service & Valet gives you complete piece of mind. We’ll return your pushchair looking as good as new and working as it should. Our dedicated team will pick up your Micralite pushchair and complete a full road-test service as well as our 14 step clean and sanitise. Before returning it with an official proof-of-service certificate. Ideal if you’re reusing your pram for a new addition to your family or if you’re looking to sell it on.

Now more than ever, families across the UK are in need. If you’re finished with your Micralite Pram or Stroller, you can donate it to Baby Basics UK who have over 50 baby banks across the UK. We’ll collect it from you free of charge, give it a full road test and valet before sending it over to Baby Basics who will match it with a family in need.
