Follow up call a few weeks afterwards to check everything was OK. Ricardo was polite and friendly and more than happy to help. I also used the online chat function and spoke to someone when I wanted more info on the product. My baby isn't born yet, so haven't actually used the product, but opened it all/put together to check it and all was well :)
