Terms & Conditions for the Micralite FastFold Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)

Introduction

1. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Micralite, who can be contacted at Micklethorn, Broughton, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3JA.

2. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Micralite, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

3. The Prize Draw period runs from February 25th 2022 and ends at 23:59 (BST) on March 18th 2022 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

Who can enter this Prize Draw?

1. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom with a UK postal address and aged 18 or over.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Micralite, any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of such connected individuals.

How does the Prize Draw work?

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

2. Entry to the Prize Draw is via Facebook.

3. All Entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void.

4. Micralite will not accept responsibility for:

   1. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

   2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

5. After the expiration of each Prize Draw Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random, from all valid Entries received.

6. The winners will be notified via email (“Notification”).

7. The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within twenty-eight (28) working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

8. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Micralite’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

9. The decision of Micralite regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

What is the prize?

1. The Prize Draw winner will receive one (1) Micralite FastFold Stroller.

2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Micralite determines that the prize is being misused. Micralite reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

 

General

1. Micralite may request that the winners participate in reasonable post-event publicity however the winners are not under any obligation to participate.

2. Each winner’s surname and county will be made available. Each winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Micralite may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

3. Micralite reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

4. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Micralite is not liable for, and you release Micralite from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a prize.

6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
